Chairman of the Board
Leszek Jurasz graduated from the Silesian University of Technology, where he earned a master's degree and postgraduate studies (managerial direction) at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He has completed numerous domestic and foreign training in the field of strategic management, in accordance with quality systems, management and organization of production processes, implementation and operation of the company on the Stock Exchange, public speaking and more.
In 1987 he joined the Screw Manufacturing Plant in Zywiec, where he successively worked as an electronics specialist, Head of the Main Department of Electrical Engineering and Energy. In the years 1992 - 1994 he was co-owner and President of the Company Larex. In 1994 he joined the Company "Śrubena" SA in Zywiec, the following positions: Head of the Department of Energy, Chief Technologist, Director. computerization, Director. Production - Member of the Board, then Chairman of the Board. Since 1999, he served as Chairman of the Board "Śrubena - Production" Sp. zoo. Since 2000 he has been associated with ZETKAMA SA, where in 2000-2001 he served as Vice President, and since May 2001 he has been President of the Management Board.
At the same time in 2001-2007 Leszek Jurasz participated in several restructuring projects and acquisitions carried out by the Investment Fund of Riverside as Industry Expert, whose role was to opinions on the merits of their investment projects, participation in the processes of restructuring and work in the bodies of these entities, both in the country and abroad, including Germany and the Czech Republic.
Leszek Jurasz is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Śrubena Union SA, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MCS Sp. zoo. and President of the Association of Polish Industrial Fittings.
Leszek Jurasz not competitive in relation to the Company ZETKAMA SA as a partner, not a member of the company's competitive in relation to ZETKAMA SA and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register.
